Celebration – the Intasite team welcomed Stockton North MP Chris McDonald to their LevelQ offices .
Base – Intasite directors Danielle Croce , Paul Martin , Andy Martin and Andy Murphy at the firm ’ s LevelQ offices in Stockton .
This anniversary isn ’ t just about looking back ; it ’ s about looking forward .
Expansion and global success Beyond its Teesside base , Intasite serves clients from Saudi Arabia , Oman , Europe , Canada and the US .
High-profile projects include Equinor ’ s Dogger Bank Wind Farm , RWE , Hitachi Energy , The Port of NEOM ( Saudi Arabia ), VirginMedia O2 and Budweiser .
“ Our biggest sector is energy – wind , solar , battery storage , power plants – but we also support manufacturing , ports and shipping , data centres and construction ,” Danielle notes .
“ And Teesside , with its industrial heritage , has been key to our success .”
In 2024 , Intasite achieved 40 % growth , expanded its client base and strengthened its workforce with new hires , including a project manager , a video editor and its first apprentice in partnership with Middlesbrough College .
The company also participated in a Department for International Trade mission and attended Big 5 Global in Dubai – the world ’ s largest construction industry event .
As part of its global expansion , Intasite is
forging strategic partnerships and working closely with clients to enhance its platform and refine its development roadmap .
“ We continuously evolve our platform to integrate new safety features , improve user experience and adapt to regulatory needs worldwide ,” says Danielle .
“ Technology is a force for good , and we are proud to contribute to workplace safety on a global scale .”
Commitment to community Despite its global success , Intasite remains deeply rooted in the Tees Valley . “ We ’ re proud of our region and proud to give back ,” says Danielle .
“ The company has supported local initiatives such as Zoe ’ s Place Big Give Christmas campaign and Home-Start Teesside , providing tickets to Newham Grange Farm for families in need .
“ Additionally , as part of our commitment to net zero and sustainability , we plant one tree for every 100 inductions delivered through our platform .”
On a personal note , Danielle is also committed to increasing diversity in the tech and industrial sectors .
She adds : “ High-risk sites have traditionally been male dominated , but we ’ re seeing more female safety managers now , which is fantastic .
“ The tech sector is still very male-heavy , and we ’ re actively working to change that .”
Danielle ’ s recognition as Tees Businesswoman of the Year 2024 has helped highlight the importance of female representation .
“ It ’ s been a great platform to encourage more women to explore industries they may not have considered , and while I prefer to keep a low profile , I ’ m incredibly humbled by this recognition and hope to use it for good – empowering and inspiring the next generation of young girls and women ,” she says .
“ We ’ ve also partnered with the Power of Women , engaging with local schools such as North Shore Academy to introduce students , especially young girls , to careers in tech and safety .
“ If we can inspire even a few young people to explore roles in programming , safety or technology , we ’ ll have made a difference .”
Looking to the future With plans to move into a larger office space on Teesside this year , Intasite is set for continued expansion .
“ We ’ re investing in access control and facial recognition hardware solutions to make site access even more efficient and secure ,” Danielle reveals .
With a solid five-year strategy now in place , Intasite is staying true to its vision of “ making people and places safer ”.
And it continues to be guided by core values that have shaped Intasite from the start – building trust , solving problems and delivering excellence .
“ This anniversary isn ’ t just about looking back ; it ’ s about looking forward ,” Danielle concludes .
“ We ’ re excited about embracing new challenges , pushing the boundaries of safety technology and making a lasting impact both locally and globally .”
