McBrides payroll bureau moves to new home
Hartlepool-based McBrides Payroll Bureau Services has relocated to new serviced offices at the Innovation Centre in Queens Meadow Business Park , home to 50 SME businesses .
Thanks to considerable success and growth of 20 per cent , achieved since starting up the business in June 2021 , the new offices will accommodate growth within the team as they continue to win new clients .
The Innovation Centre is located just off the A689 and 10 minutes ’ drive from Hartlepool town centre .
McBrides Payroll Bureau Services director Tracey Courtley says : “ Our team of Lauren Gleaves , Jay Courtley and I are delighted with our new office .
“ We ’ re looking forward to providing more businesses across Tees and the North-East with our competitive payroll services , and getting to know the other SME businesses in the centre .”
Tracey ’ s team includes team leader Lauren who was promoted into that role at the start of April . The duo have worked together for 21 years .

As part of the McBrides Chartered Accountants group , the pair started up McBrides Payroll Bureau Services in June 2021 with a collective 48 years ’ payroll experience between them .
Just a few months later , they welcomed payroll assistant Jay Courtley to the team .
A year later , the bureau was shortlisted in the Best New Tees Business Awards ’ Best New Business category .
Tracey says : “ We ’ re able to handle payrolls for sole directors all the way up to businesses with hundreds of employees .
“ We ’ re focused on providing business owners with a secure , efficient , costeffective and friendly payroll service enabling them to concentrate on delivering their product or service to their customers and clients .”
