Moonrise 24-Hour Recruitment , a specialist agency providing high-quality NHS and private healthcare staff , is proud to have become a key player in its sector , known for its 24 / 7 availability and personalised service offerings , which now include supported living and children and young people ’ s services .

As the Stockton-headquartered company marks its 10th anniversary , there are ambitious plans in place for the next decade . With a focus on strategic growth , technological advancement and sustainability , Moonrise is poised to further solidify its position in the market and expand its reach .
Moonrise ’ s growth trajectory has been shaped by well-considered strategies in both finance and marketing , with an emphasis on the importance of prudent reinvestments underscoring the company ’ s dedication to expanding operations and staying ahead of technological trends .
“ Our growth is fuelled by a commitment to reinvest in the business ,” explains co-founder and director of finance John Gwaringa . “ We are focusing on expanding our operational footprint and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is state-of-the-art .”
A pivotal aspect of this strategy is the development of a new app , a project Moonrise has been refining over the past two years . Although the company faced challenges with an initial partner that couldn ’ t meet its needs , it is now collaborating with a local tech firm , a move John and fellow founder , wife Jessica , believe will be instrumental in achieving their digital transformation goals .
“ We ’ ve faced setbacks , but those experiences have only strengthened our resolve ,” says John . “ The new app will revolutionise our processes by eliminating paperwork , optimising efficiency and meeting the Care Quality Commission ’ s ( CQC ) digitalisation standards .”
