He is the group managing director of 150-year-old maritime and shipping company Casper Group , and a trustee and a founding partner of Teesside charity the High Tide Foundation .
which connects early-stage growth entrepreneurs to money management and new markets .
Although not based on Teesside , she makes much of her impact in the region , also working alongside The Teesside Charity and Tees Valley Business Club .

CEO Sleepout Last year ’ s highest new entry into the InspiraTees top 30 , Bianca is the CEO of Teesside-based charity CEO Sleepout , which has persuaded hundreds of the UK ’ s business leaders to give up their beds for a night to sleep rough and raise cash for homelessness charities . Funds raised are fast approaching £ 5m .
A mum of adult twin daughters , New Zealander Bianca was previously MD of a creative agency , university lecturer and a freelance digital specialist .

Just Williams Born in Cambridge and raised in Sheffield , Jessica didn ’ t move to our region until she was 18 , but she is now very much an adopted Teessider .
She founded her Stockton-based sales outsourcing business nine years ago before adding the Just Williams Sales Academy . Jessica also sits on the Innovation Board at Teesside University Business School , while she ’ s raised more than £ 25,000 for charities through her fundraising efforts .
