MARTIN WALKER , EXECUTIVE EDITOR Tees Business was Martin ’ s fault . It was his idea and he now co-owns the magazine ’ s company , Resolution . Martin started out with the Gazette , and worked at Middlesbrough FC and Sunderland AFC . PHILIP TALLENTIRE , FEATURE WRITER Philip worked for GlaxoSmithKline before moving into journalism .
