Celebration – all the winners on stage at the end of the 2024 Tees Tech Awards .

TECH TRIUMPH

More than 260 guests packed into the Pavilion at Kirkleatham Walled Garden for a night of celebration at the fifth annual Tees Tech Awards .

Organised by Tees Business in association with headline sponsors Fitfactory Technology and Everfield , the ceremony was hosted by Tees Business non-executive director Bob Cuffe MBE .

Salesfire UK ’ s Rich Himsworth – winner of the Tees Tech Business Leader accolade in 2023 – delivered the keynote speech before winners were revealed across a wide range of company and individual categories .
Tees Business director Dave Allan said : “ The Tees Tech Awards aren ’ t so much a competition but a true celebration of the awesome digital and tech sector we have in our region .
“ These are innovators who represent the entrepreneurial spirit of Teesside , so congratulations to all the finalists .

The event also saw £ 2,387 raised for the Russ Devereux Headlight Project in its fight for mental health awareness and suicide prevention .
Founded in memory of Russ Devereux , the Headlight Project aims to reduce the number of deaths by suicide in the Tees Valley area through therapy of those bereaved by suicide and preventative

The Headlight Project CEO Anne Cullum – who spoke ( above ) at the awards event held at Kirkleatham Walled Garden – said : “ Thanks to the generous donations raised at the Tees Tech Awards , the Headlight Project will continue its mission to reduce the number of deaths by suicide in the Tees Valley area through therapy of those bereaved by suicide and preventative education and training .
“ The generosity from the Tees Tech Awards attendees has not only raised essential funds but has also enabled the Headlight Project to harness new technology to better serve those affected by suicide in the Tees Valley .”
* The money raised took Resolution ’ s charity fundraising for 2024 so far to £ 6,000 , after collecting £ 1,800 for CEO Sleepout at the Tees Business Awards in April and £ 1,900 for Missed A Beat at the Aycliffe Business Make Your Mark Awards in May .
