The steampunk ground floor Warehouse Kitchen and Bar opened in November 2022 and Hangar 7 was unveiled 12 months later .
The venture was the brainchild of ownerdirector Sean Wilkinson and his business partner Alan Robinson and , as the project approaches its second anniversary , it ’ s gearing up for a busy autumn and winter , both upstairs and down .
One of its many selling points as a venue is its location because it offers virtually unlimited free parking both onsite and just over the road in Falcon Court .
The fact that events of all sizes can be hosted is another feather in its cap . From a private booth containing three or four people to a small meeting of a dozen or so , up to a wedding or New Year ’ s Eve party utilising both floors , the Warehouse Kitchen and Bar will deliver the goods .
It helps that the venue has a state-ofthe-art sound system that , if required , can be linked up so guests can hear the same music on both floors , plus wireless mics , projectors and large-screen TVs . All hospitality needs are served , whether for business or pleasure .
“ It ’ s a versatile venue because we can cater for every eventuality , whether it ’ s a Christmas party , a networking event or private meeting ,” says Alan .
“ We are starting to get smaller business meetings and we also have private areas to section off if just a handful of people want a quiet chat . We ’ re not only a restaurant , we can be used for just about everything , really . Simply get in touch and tell us what you want .
“ Last year we thrived off the Christmas parties because we were new and we were there for anyone who was struggling to find a venue and everyone jumped on it ,” he continues .
“ We are always working on something new to keep the business moving forward and make sure people making return visits see new exciting features .

Of course , the key to any successful event is tasty food , and that ’ s something the Warehouse Kitchen and Bar prides itself on .
From fine dining to the ever-popular pizzas , parmos and chips , as well as just about everything in between , the Warehouse Kitchen and Bar will serve up something special .
They even do outside catering , serving meals at weddings , golf clubs and other venues , including Middlesbrough Town Hall .

“ We ’ ve got a mobile kitchen so we can take the equipment we need to any venue ,” explains Alan . “ You name it and we can probably serve it . We can do barbecues and hog roasts and we ’ ve had people just wanting chicken wings and chips but also clients who want curries and chillies , so we can just cook about anything .”
