Meet HR Alchemy ’ s magnificent seven
A seven-strong team ensures HR Alchemy fully meets the needs of its ever-growing client base .
Since experienced HR professional Jo Davies set up HR Alchemy in 2017 , it has grown to such an extent that from its Yarm High Street base , it now has around 190 clients .
Recent new clients include a large law firm , an online door manufacturer and a multi-academy trust .
And thanks to the extensive skill sets and experience of Jo and her team , all their HR requirements are being met - as a string of glowing testimonials testify .
Jo told Tees Business : “ It ’ s all about having good , sensible , experienced frontline HR advisors who can make clients feel comfortable and reassured .

Kelly Lees

Louise Dixon
Having joined HRA in 2022 , senior HR people advisor Louise has an Associate Diploma in People Management and considerable HR experience within the engineering and industrial sectors . Specialisms : Employee relations processes , HR project management , plus training and development .
Halle Fletcher
Halle joined HRA as a graduate in 2022 and was appointed HR people advisor in late 2023 . She also recently completed her CIPD level 7 qualification in strategic people management and has a particular

Linda Beames Senior HR administrator Linda has been part of the team since 2019 . She completed her CIPD Level 3 Human Resources Diploma and has considerable administrative experience within the private and public sector .
