The start of 2023 saw the group not only open its own purpose-built headquarters in Urlay Nook , Stockton , but also launch the wider development of a business park that will see 23 hybrid units made available to businesses looking for a new home in Teesside .
Comprising two storeys , the construction of these units means that they are suitable for a variety of uses . The first floor , for example , is high loadbearing which gives business owners the option of using the space upstairs for additional storage . Equally , the space would make the perfect office , studio or showroom .
Meanwhile , the ground floor is accessed by way of a personal door and an electric roller shutter , allowing for quick and simple loading and offloading of goods .
