What a year it ’ s been for Magnum Properties .

The Middlesbrough-based estate agency has increased its workforce thanks to a rapidly expanding list of satisfied customers .
Its client base continues to grow at an exceptional rate , with approximately 80 per cent coming from positive recommendations .
Magnum prides itself on being a combined agency that manages both residential and commercial properties and it has ambitious growth plans in the pipeline .
The firm ’ s base is on Middlesbrough ’ s Linthorpe Road and the office is a hive of activity .
Commercial director Aaron Fisher is understandably proud of the growth Magnum has achieved in 2022 and excited about the company ’ s plans for the new year , which include a new office on Tyneside .
“ We ’ ve got the full team in place now , we ’ re at full strength ,” he says . “ One thing we are proud of at the minute , whether it ’ s commercial or residential properties , is that we are constantly attracting new clients .
“ Our management portfolio has doubled , so the fact that we ’ ve now got the full team in place is a real bonus .
“ We have six full-time members of staff in the office and they are dedicated to either commercial or residential properties . That means our landlords can have a set

“ We are constantly meeting with investors and due to the interest from Newcastle , we are looking to open a second location in the heart of Newcastle city centre .”
Interacting quickly and efficiently with clients has been a key element of Magnum ’ s success and new technology has been instrumental in achieving that aim .
“ Using modern software allows us to seamlessly integrate with our landlords , tenants and contractors ,” explains Aaron . “ It ’ s more informal and user-friendly than having to contact the office via telephone or email .
“ We have built up trust with our landlords and they very much appreciate the ability to access this technology in real time . We can alert the landlord immediately that there ’ s an issue to address and then they can respond at a time and place that suits them .”
The firm ’ s investment arm is getting stronger as investors look to finance deals from purchase to redevelopment and to completion , with Magnum at the helm .

“ It ’ s a full disclosure system ,” says Aaron . “ We ’ ve got a very high level of commitment to customer satisfaction anyway , and this system gives a high level of accountability because landlords will have as much information available at their fingertips as we do . So far , it ’ s working amazingly well .”
The commercial property side of the business is booming , with Magnum receiving plenty of business sales requests . Other services available include property sourcing for landlords and tenants .
Looking ahead , Aaron says : “ We have exciting plans in 2023 , so watch this space . Our staff have a wide range of skills which will allow us to bring new services to market and the New Year will see the launch of some exciting products .”
Customer satisfaction is key , and Magnum has developed a tool that ’ s proving popular with homeowners who may be considering putting their property on the market but don ’ t want the hassle and cost of getting their house measured up , photographed and valued .
Magnum ’ s alternative option is an online calculator that gives a relatively accurate idea of what properties are selling for in a particular area and , if owners want the property accurately valued , they can ask Magnum to pay them a visit .
