Jacksons Law Firm hosted its Great Resignation panel event at AV Dawson in Middlesbrough to highlight the issues facing businesses , across all sectors , when recruiting and retaining staff . Around 40 business leaders attended the event , which included a discussion with Kirsten Dunkin , head of PR , marketing and communications at PD Ports , AirCon Group sales manager Erica Johnson- Trumper , HR Alchemy managing director Jo Davies , Jacksons Law Firm managing partner Tony Wentworth and Helen Easton , director of people and culture at Darlington Building Society .

The second annual event showcased the best of Redcar and Cleveland as a place to live , enjoy and do business .
Close to 200 people attended the sold-out event , which had a mix of key speakers , a panel discussion and around 40 exhibition stands .
Keynotes included David Jack from SeAH Wind , while Geoff Greaves , MD of Merlin Cinemas spoke about The Regent and why they wanted to add Redcar to their portfolio of cinemas .
