Property agent boosts team with senior surveyor
A
national property consultancy firm with an office on Teesside has strengthened its team with a new senior surveyor .
Sanderson Weatherall , which has an office in Stockton , has appointed David Heslop to the firm ’ s building consultancy team .
David brings with him more than 25 years ’ experience within the industry . His work has included managing tenant and landlord dilapidation advice , plus management of projects from £ 80,000 refurbishments to £ 3m office fit-outs in Central London .
He also successfully delivered the management of design and specification of NHS clinic refurbishments and upgrades , the management of SEN upgrades and alteration works to schools and preacquisition advice for industrial , office and healthcare premises throughout the UK .
His role at Sanderson Weatherall will include advising clients on dilapidations responsibilities and liabilities , contract administration and project management , pre-acquisition advice and condition surveys .
