Infinity Finance Group is rolling out its latest package

An exciting new benefits package is designed to be the “ final piece of the jigsaw ” that attracts businesses to use Infinity Finance Group for all their financial needs .
Infinity Protect has designed an employee benefits package with an intention to benefit both employers and employees because of its nature .
There are four elements to the package and businesses who take it out will ensure workers are receiving help at a time when the cost of living continues to rise .
The package includes recovery assistance , free wills and lasting power of attorneys , and savings on utilities and broadband . The final part of Protect provides rewards and discounts on the High Street and online .
Tony Insall , Infinity Finance ’ s managing director , said : “ I read recently that if you reward your workers , give them something back , they are 80 per cent more likely to stay in the role with a company .
“ We work with big employment agencies and it is a very transient workforce – if a worker is offered a little bit more money , then they will swap jobs . “ What Protect aims to do is help employers . It is encouraging workers to stay and it will save the company money from a recruiting point of view . It is hard enough to get staff at the moment , there are shortages everywhere , so this encourages people to stay where they are to receive the benefits .” But , crucially , it is also designed to help employees .
Tony added : “ From a worker ’ s perspective , the level of money they can save through Protect is there .
“ There ’ s an opportunity to save money on everyday spending on utilities , broadband , mobile phones , days out and shopping , so hopefully this will provide some comfort during this really tough financial market .
“ We all know there will be another six months at least of this worrying climate lingering on . Protect could offer some respite to the workers from escalating bills and food shops .”
Infinity Protect is being rolled out to businesses through the large employment agencies it is partnered with . The four aspects to the package are :
RECOVERY ASSISTANCE Aims to provide financial assistance to workers should they be unable to work or are hospitalised .
WILLS AND LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEYS Infinity has partnered with a national provider to provide free wills to those on the scheme . This will ensure that when the worst happens , their estate will be passed to the right person .

UTILITIES SAVINGS It has partnered with a company which provides a free review of your broadband , utilities and mobile phone . It aims to save people money .
REWARDS Protect works with more than 5,500 national and local companies to offer discounts and cash back . There is up to 40 per cent off on certain products across all sectors , including retail , leisure , food and days out .
And the key part to Infinity Protect – which has also led to the hiring of a financial controller , web designer and admin staff - is that it will not cost the worker anything .
Tony explained : “ The employer takes the package . The employer would roll the package out to its workers without asking the workers to part with hard-earned cash .
“ We already have three big employment agencies signed up to Protect . It is a great way for employers to look after their workforce and from a worker ’ s point of view , why wouldn ’ t you accept it as a reward for service ?
