Free masterclasses and coaching help businesses grow and prepare for future

National training provider Learning Curve Group is delivering free Business Strategy masterclasses to help Teesside SME businesses reach their potential and prepare for the future .

Learning Curve Group is working in partnership with Tees Valley Combined Authority through the Skills for Growth programme .
The masterclasses are a new initiative that would not usually be funded , giving leaders the opportunity to expand their knowledge in order to grow their businesses .
Learning Curve Group is an awardwinning training provider headquartered in County Durham and supports more than 4,500 employers across the country every year with high-quality training solutions for their workforce .
The training provider is now opening its doors at its state-of-the-art Darlington Academy to welcome business leaders to access free masterclasses and coaching on key strategies .
Each masterclass covers an important concept that will stimulate critical thinking and translate this into practical action . SMEs can learn about a range of key strategies , including establishing organisational culture and values ,

developing strategic plans to reach your business ’ s potential , building an effective sustainable workforce and developing and sustaining a high-performing team .

The training provider welcomed its first cohort of business leaders to the masterclasses last month and received excellent feedback for the course .

Upon completion of the course , each person will benefit from four coaching sessions to help them put what they ’ ve learned into action .
