It ’ s a company with more than 20 years ’ experience in producing induction videos and a vast knowledge of how hazardous sites work .
And despite pandemic disruption over the last 12 months , Intasite still managed to achieve great commercial success .
The Stockton-based firm specialises in health and safety inductions and contractor management solutions for secure and hazardous sites . It combines digital expertise with health and safety induction knowledge to produce bespoke site-entry platforms that can be delivered remotely through a cloudbased system .
As proud Teessiders , they are particularly pleased to have won multi-year contracts with local and global companies .
And despite a difficult management buyout , Intasite has gone from strength to strength , creating further jobs . This buyout occurred during the Covid period and was a huge gamble , which makes the growth even more satisfying .
Director Danielle Croce said that after such a good year for Intasite , despite the turbulent business climate , she put the nomination in herself in recognition of the team ’ s efforts .
She said : “ We have been through a difficult management buyout over the last year and it ’ s left us with a really passionate team who care a lot about the business , so we ’ ve had a brilliant year and really grown the business over the last 12 months . We ’ ve also won some major clients in the last 18 months .
“ I would really like to say well done to the other two finalists – I know the guys from Circle Cloud and they are an amazing business , so a massive well done to them too !”

Begun without external funding , a responsible and strategic business growth management plan saw Circle Cloud go on to experience sustainable year-on-year growth . With the onset of Covid , the company devised an offering that reacted to the market demand for remote working . It subsequently went on to hit its targeted growth figure for 2019-20 without having to furlough or release a single member of staff .
In addition , the sharpening of its information security proposition has meant that Circle Cloud has been able to penetrate new sectors in which data protection is critical .

LIFE NINJA EDUCATION
The Life Ninja Education Network provides local primary schools with free , cutting-edge communication and learning hubs .
Zap Maths , released in March 2020 , is an application powered by the Life Ninja Network that covers the entire primary school curriculum and is an effective and rewarding way to help a child with online learning at home .
The Middlesbrough-based company has also developed Message Ninja , used by schools as a communication hub , and Learning Ninja , a home-learning solution that enables communication between school and parents .
All Life Ninja Education apps work alongside one another and plans are in place to roll them out nationally and internationally in the near future .
