Automation Talent Recruitment ( ATR ) specialises in recruiting clients and candidates for permanent and temporary positions , from apprentices through to senior management .
Operating two distinct niche business units specialising in technical and skilled trade recruitment , the team supports automation , robotics , process control , electronics and the skilled trade markets .

As a sister company to the hugely successful Applied Integration ( AI ), ATR was tasked to deliver a broad base of new staff to meet the continued growth of the company .
Since lockdown in March , ATR has increased the headcount of AI from 30 to 46 , a testament to its performance in times when , unfortunately , other companies have had to lose staff .

recruiter , specialising in placing candidates within the skilled trades and labour division .
ATR aims to develop this area of the business and has already provided specialist tradespeople for shutdowns and projects to clients within industry .
Kevin says : “ It ’ s a dream to be able to get in on the ground floor of such an exciting and ambitious business as ATR . I ’ m looking forward to making my mark and finding the workforce solutions that businesses need and deserve .” System engineer Karthik Parthy was recruited by AI via ATR during Covid . “ It was a real pleasure to work with Lindsay and ATR ,” he reflects . “ She provided me with full professional support through all stages of my job recruitment . Due to Covid , Lindsay adapted the interview process to an online interview and she took care of everything else . The entire process was smooth and super quick .”
Another key area for the business is to continue to pioneer women in engineering , having recently placed Rachel Young on AI ’ s shop floor as a panel wirer . ATR plans to get back into career events within schools and universities as soon as possible .
