THE HOBBIES, A HEALTHY OPTION.
In the teen age world, there are a lot of things that can affect the psychological stability of the young people, as the school, the family problems, the teacher’s problems, among others. Most of the times, this problems can make this guys to take bad decisions or to feel stressed, and that’s why each teen is recommended to have any kind of hobby, because they are things that the idea is that each person choose them, and if you choose something is because you like it, so, If you like to do something, this thing can relax you and equilibrate you at list for a while.
The hobbies are known around the world as, expensive, useless, and rare, but actually, there are a lot of kinds of hobbies to satisfy the likes of each person, as the horses, the football, the tennis, the aviation, the aeromodelism, the paint, the music, the cars, among others.
Concluding, each person have to have clarity about how to distribute the time, taking in account, that the study or the work are very important things, but that even a simple card game or football mach, is required by the body and by the spirit to be healthy and relax.
