Tiffany Greens Offers Operation36 Coaching Programs
Juniors and Women Will Learn and Play the Game of Golf
Tiffany Greens Golf Club will host its second season of offering the Operation36 Coaching Programs . A proven method , it ’ s designed to develop golfing skills built off the foundation of learning the short game first . Tiffany Greens is the only public golf course in the greater Kansas City area to offer the unique Operation36 coaching program for juniors and women .
Classes and 9-hole play are scheduled for Saturday afternoons . The registration fee includes all eight coaching sessions and all four 9-hole events costs . Coaches , parents , and volunteers accompany each junior group . Tom Aikmus coaches most adult groups on the course , including Level 4 students . The fee is $ 599 per semester .
“ I believe our Operation36 coaching programs offer the best entry into the game of golf , with a structured plan that includes actual play on the golf course as part of the curriculum ,” said Tom Aikmus , PGA director of instruction at Tiffany Greens Golf Academy . “ The program has been well received at Tiffany Greens , and we are excited for the 2024 season .”

“ Our OP36 teaching / coaching programs at Tiffany Greens are focused on getting juniors and women students excited about learning and playing the game of golf . We strive to get onto the course as much as possible with all our programs ,” said Aikmus .
“ Progress is sometimes difficult to measure , score yes , but gradual improvements don ’ t always show as quickly as we ’ d like ,” he says . “ We offer creative ways to motivate golfers to stick to the improvement process through games and skill-based coaching .”
Each eight-week semester for juniors and women includes a weekly ( Saturday afternoons ) coaching session and four 9-hole play events .
● Spring semester –– April 20 - June 8
● Summer semester –– June 15 - August 3
● Fall semester –– August 31 - October 19
Since opening in 1999 , Tiffany Greens has been ranked one of the top courses in the state and has hosted the Champions Tour TD Waterhouse Championship ! A par 72 golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II International with wide Zoysia fairways and open views , you will enjoy the beauty while connecting with your fellow golfers ! It also offers a very large practice range and two practice putting greens .
