I get that question a lot. The simple answer is to improve, of course.
Anyone, from beginner to expert player, can benefit from lessons.
Juniors to seniors, it’ s never too early or too late to improve your game. PGA TOUR players have coaches, so you should too. Here are just a few reasons lessons will help you play better and enjoy the game more.

Master the short game. Mastering the short game can improve your score and the enjoyment of the game the fastest. Not everyone can hit it 300-plus yards, but with a little coaching, everyone can get the ball into the hole more consistently.
Learning course management and strategy tailored to your game will help you enjoy playing and improve your score.
Mental game development. Learning how to approach the game mentally and calming your nerves are great ways to enjoy this game.
Using technology, like video, helps you view your swing, and it

allows an expert to analyze it. |
1. Personalized instruction is better than just watching endless YouTube videos or reading books. You can get swing instruction specifically designed for you.
2. Personalized golf instruction builds a strong foundation, especially for beginning players, and helps you start building your game. Even the best players in the world struggle with the fundamentals sometimes and need that little piece of advice to get them back on track.
3. Lessons build consistency and help create a repeatable, reliable golf swing. Achieving and continuously refining one’ s golf swing is a universal aspiration for all golfers— professional and amateur.
All these factors and more will help you play better, enjoy the game more, and are likely to help you beat your buddies more consistently, which is always the goal.
Kick off the new year by contacting your local PGA Golf Professionals and get started on your journey to play better golf and enjoy this great game even more.
