£10.00 Compulsory Liability Insurance.
Terms and Conditions
All bookings are made subject to availability. Details of
all scheduled competitions are available on our website
and are posted on the Club notice boards.
It is the responsibility of each Member to check for
scheduled competitions, i.e. Club Competitions, Society
Opens, Corporate Days, etc.
Full Playing Members may reserve green fee slots on
Full Playing Pay and Play Membership entitles members
to the best green fee prices, compulsory Public Liability
Insurance and reduced green fees for guests.

Weekday bookings made in person or over the phone
with our Booking Office will be taken up to 7 days in
advance with no payment being taken.
Members can book tee-times on weekdays, weekends

online booking system.

5 Day 6 Month Green Fees:
£600 annual payment
or
6 x monthly direct debit payments of £108.00
Full Playing Annual Membership:
£170.00 - payable on the 1st March 2017
Terms and Conditions:
6 Month Green Fee options may commence on the
1st day of any calendar month between March and
September and are available as either Annual or Direct
Debit options. Direct Debit payments will be taken on the
1st day of each calendar month.
Once the 6 Month Green Fee option has expired; all
Members will be downgraded to Full Playing Pay and
Play Membership for the rest of the season. However
extra months can be added if required.
5 Day 6 Month Green Fee option:
Will be loaded with a complimentary Silver Range Card
valued at £15.00.
Full Playing 5 Day 6 Month Green Fee options are
available on a 6 month MINIMUM basis. Members will be
CONTRACTUALLY BOUND to a 6 MONTH CONTRACT
and no refunds are available.
Social / Recreational Full and Half Day + Pay & Play Membership
These Memberships are tailored to Golfers playing 9 hole
rounds of golf. However, Golfers playing more than one 18
hole round of golf per month should consider a Full Pay and
Play Membership. 2 Social / Recreational Afternoon Membership
Annual subscription for 2017 has been set at £47.50
£37.50 Annual subscription.
£10.00 Compulsory Public Liability Insurance

Annual subscription for 2017 has been set at £90
£80.00 Annual subscription.
£10.00 Compulsory Public Liability Insurance This Membership offers reduced green fees, with the added
benefit of Public Liability Insurance.

NO SHOW/CANCELLATION BOOKING POLICY
Effective from 1st December 2015
Any member that books a tee time and does not show up, and has not cancelled the booking, will be held accountable for
the lost tee time, and will be charged full member green fee rates for the booking.
This policy is being applied in accordance with the “Tee-Off Magazine” and our “Online Booking Terms and Conditions”.

Members abusing the above no show/cancellation booking policy and failing to pay their no show/cancellation booking
charges will have their membership booking privileges suspended until payment is made in full.
