Les Mielles Administration Office In 2016 we said Goodbye to Jenny who retired after 10 loyal years . We wish her all the best and hope to see her as often as possible on the Golf Course , playing with the Les Mielles Ladies ! We also said good bye to Jacquie and Tracy and wish them all the best !

Jon ’ s Golf Pro Shop and Les Mielles Booking Office We are delighted to introduce Elaine Pushman and Sarah Cooper .
Les Mielles Golf & Country Club Website A new look www . lesmielles . com upgraded website will be in place and operational by early spring . The new site will be fully mobile and app friendly and provide members with much greater functionality as well as a fully integrated Facebook section . All members of Les Mielles Golf & Country Club will be able to use the integrated Facebook functionality to contact other golfers within the “ Les Mielles Facebook Group ” and arrange games
When our new website is launched in March 2017 , we will be introducing online exclusive deals . These will offer Members and Visitors the opportunity to purchase golfing , dining and activity deals at discounted prices . Online exclusive deals cannot be purchased through the Booking or Admin office . Once a customer has purchased an online deal they will receive an emailed voucher which must be printed out and be presented at the time of use .
Following the launch of the new Website we are going to provide live messaging throughout the day when the Booking Office is open . The live messaging will allow Members and visitors who sign up to the site to make enquiries about tee times and golf related matters , as well as the Activity Centre , Rocco ’ s Restaurant and functions . Booking Office staff will be able to book Members and visitors onto the Golf Course via the live messaging , thus providing an additional service to our existing email and phone services . Responses to Live messages will be made in the quickest possible time , depending upon how busy the staff are , as well as the nature of the questions . Live messaging will be monitored by both our Admin and Booking Office staff .
Social Media , Facebook , Twitter & Instagram From January 2017 we will be using social media to provide relevant information about the Course conditions , events , Hole In Ones , Rocco ’ s Restaurant , Activity Centre and all other relevant information . These new services will be provided by Facebook , Twitter and Instagram .
Course Improvements Course Improvements : the 12th hole has had a complete makeover . The Head Greenkeeper has now made it easier for Golfers to hit their balls into a bunker by adding an additional two bunkers !. These changes make the hole much more visually appealing as well as changing the playing characteristics of the hole for the Golfers . In addition to the 12th Hole , the bunkers have been re-worked on the 3rd and 5th holes . The Head Green Keeper has also re-landscaped the 13th & 17th tees . The Green Keeping staff will be re-landscaping the 10th tee to create one large tee surface , which will allow them to maintain this tee to a higher standard . The out-ofbounds area on the 14th Hole is being redefined and areas that were part of the Course will be integrated into the layout of the hole . The Driving Range will be undergoing refurbishment to improve the overall facilities .
Roccos Restaurant Following the success of Rocco ’ s £ 10 Meal deals in 2016 , we will continue to offer our customers the same great value and quality food in 2017 .

Course Ranger Information As from the 1st January 2017 Five and Seven Day Members no longer have to check in with the Booking Office staff prior to playing their game of golf , and will now be able to check in with the Course Ranger on arrival .
From 6pm onwards , in the summer time when the Booking Office is closed , the Course Rangers will be responsible for taking all bookings and Green Fee payments applicable . Please contact the Course Ranger on 07797 833817 .
The Course Rangers would request that you :
• Arrive at the Course at least 10 minutes before your Tee Off time
• Contact the Course Ranger if you are going to be late Tel : 07797 833817
