SECTION TWO Products and services What are you going to sell? ☒Product / ☐Service/ ☐Both Describe the basic product/service you are going to be selling: The brand will sell a 20-piece women’s wear range for the collaboration including clothing, footwear, eyewear and accessories. What is your pricing strategy? The pricing strategy for the range is a premium pricing strategy, as this is Ted Baker’s pricing strategy. However, the range will be at a slightly lower price point than what Ted Baker would usually have because I think this will encourage a younger target market’s interest in the collaboration. What services will you offer? • • • In our bigger stores in prime locations we will offer a personal shopper service, in order to help the customer find the right garments which will suit them. This way they’re more likely to leave the store happy after having a good experience. The customer will also feel more special in store after having this personal service. This will result in the customer being more likely to recommend our brand to friends and family. We will always have sales assistants on the shop floor in all stores ready to help any customers who may need it. We will have staff in the changing rooms ready to help customer with any issues they may have when trying on garments such as fastenings or sizing issues. This will ensure the customer has an easier, more comfortable experience with no stress.
