FEATURES AND BENEFITS
In order to make a customer more likely to buy, you must explain the features and benefits of the products we sell to them. This is an important part of the sale as this could be the different between making a sale or the customer leaving empty handed.
FEATURES - A feature is a fact about the product, it is something that you can see.
An example of a feature is:
- Material
- Fit
- Colour
- How it is made
- Appearance (e.g- print)
BENEFITS - A benefit is something that the customer will get from the customer. How do the features of the product benefit the customer?
An example of a benefit is:
- Practicality
- Convinience
- The look
