GREET AND APPROACH

It only takes seven seconds for a customer to make a first impression when they come into a store. This is why the way you greet and approach a customer is so important! You must always politely greet customers as they enter the store so that they feel comfortable browsing our products. Your greeting must always be accompanied by a smile!

You must approach a customer and offer assistance in a reasonable amount of time - do not leave a customer waiting! You must do this in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
