Guardare lontano

di nuovo tempo di EuroBLECH, la più grande fiera specializzata al mondo dedicata alla tecnologia di lavorazione della lamiera e alla sua filiera industriale. Un evento che, generalmente, catalizza l’ attenzione e l’ interesse mondiale del settore ma che, quest’ anno, si sta avvicinando all’ apertura lavori accompagnata da una profonda incertezza legata al contesto geopolitico, agitato dalle guerre, dalla crisi di Hormuz e dall’ atteggiamento preoccupante del presidente degli Stati Uniti rispetto alla politica internazionale che ha minato profondamente l’ equilibrio già precario in cui l’ industria di settore si trovava a causa di altre scelte, evidentemente“ avventate”, prese a livello europeo, per esempio sulle auto elettriche. Nel secondo trimestre 2026, l’ indice degli ordini di macchine utensili elaborato dal Centro Studi & Cultura di Impresa di UCIMU- Sistemi per Produrre ha, infatti, purtroppo, segnato un calo del-25,8 % rispetto al periodo aprile-giugno 2025. Risultato che esprime la difficoltà che i costruttori italiani di macchine utensili hanno incontrato sia sul mercato interno che su quello estero, dove gli ordini raccolti oltreconfine hanno segnato un decremento del-15,3 % rispetto al secondo trimestre del 2025. Ma se sul fronte domestico l’ entrata in vigore dell’ Iperammortamente 2026 sembra stia smuovendo un po’ la situazione in virtù di quasi 15mila domande presentate in soli due mesi per un ammontare di circa 4,75 miliardi di investimenti in beni strumentali, in ambito internazionale la partita è ancora tutta da giocarsi, consapevoli, tra l’ altro, che dal 20 gennaio 2027 il Regolamento( UE) 2023 / 1230 sostituirà integralmente la vecchia Direttiva Macchine2006 / 42 / CE e che se l’ EuroBLECH dovesse mantenere la sua nomea di fiera mondiale delle macchine per lamiera, potrebbe rappresentare per i costruttori Italiani l’ occasione migliore, al momento giusto, per entrare in contatto con realtà industriali di aree che sono coinvolte meno direttamente da conflitti e criticità, differenziando, così, i settori di sbocco della propria offerta tecnologica. Tutti ad Hannover quindi, speranzosi che Euro- BLECH 2026 possa confermarsi quale catalizzatore dell’ interesse mondiale e che la macchina utensile made in Italy sappia guardare lontano e cogliere le opportunità offerte da nuovi mercati.

It’ s time again for EuroBLECH, the world’ s largest trade fair dedicated to sheet metal working technology and its supply chain, an event that typically attracts global attention and interest in the sector. This year, however, the road to its opening has been marked by profound uncertainty caused by the geopolitical scenario, shaken by wars, the Hormuz crisis and the worrying attitude of the President of the United States towards international politics. All this has undermined the already precarious balance that the industry had to cope with as a consequence of evidently“ reckless” decisions taken at the European level, for example, regarding electric cars. - Sistemi per Produrre unfortunately recorded a 25.8 % drop compared to the second quarter of 2025. This figure reflects the difficulty that Italian machine tool manufacturers have encountered on both the Italian domestic and international markets, with orders from abroad recording a 15.3 % contraction compared to the second quarter of 2025. However, while on the domestic front the entry into force of the Iperammortamento 2026 programme seems to have brought some benefit— with almost 15 thousand applications submitted within just two months for an amount of approximately EUR 4.75 billion in investments in capital goods— the prevailing attitude of industry players on the international markets is still waitand-see, being well aware that among other things, from 20 January 2027 the Regulation( EU) 2023 / 1230 will supersede the Machinery Directive 2006 / 42 / EC. Notwithstanding, if EuroBLECH was to confirm its reputation as the world’ s leading trade fair for sheet metal machinery, it could represent the best opportunity, at the right time, for Italian manufacturers to establish relations with industrial companies operating in areas less directly affected by conflicts and critical issues, and therefore find new outlet markets for their technological offering. So let’ s all go to Hanover, in the hope that EuroBLECH 2026 will reaffirm its role as an event attracting the global interest and that Italian machine tool manufacturers will be able to look ahead and seize new market opportunities.
