Le macchine sono asservite da automazioni a controllo numerico e integrate con unità di marcatura laser e inkjet, a supporto della completa tracciabilità del prodotto fino al livello MES. Particolare attenzione è stata riservata all’ ergonomia e all’ accessibilità degli impianti, in funzione di una manutenzione semplice e sicura, nonché a soluzioni per il cambio stampi completamente automatiche, supportate da una stazione di configurazione con setup guidato tramite tutorial interattivi. La stretta e proficua collaborazione fra gli ingegneri OMERA e la squadra tecnica del cliente ha consentito di completare il progetto al meglio, nel pieno rispetto dei requisiti qualitativi e delle tempistiche definite in fase iniziale. This project stems from the cooperation with a high-end customer – a supplier to leading brands in the industry – who chose OMERA technologies, integrating them with advanced autogenous laser welding systems within a highly automated smart factory environment. In this scenario, human intervention is limited to setup, supervision and production process control. To meet particularly stringent requirements in terms of productivity, quality, repeatability, traceability and flexibility – as well as to minimise changeover times – OMERA has developed a highly integrated solution which combines coil feeding lines and disc cutters for optimised material consumption, hydraulic presses for deep-drawing, blanking and forming jobs and automatic trimming-beading machines for delicate edge finishing and calibration. The machines are equipped with NC servo automation systems and laser and inkjet marking units, supporting product traceability up to the MES level. Special attention has been paid to ergonomics and accessibility for simple and safe maintenance, and to fully automatic die changeover solutions with the support of a configuration station featuring guided setup via interactive tutorials. Close cooperation between OMERA engineers and the customer staff allowed the project to be completed in full compliance with the quality requirements and timeline defined at the initial stage.
