DALLE SINGOLE MACCHINE ALLA PRODUZIONE CONNESSA
In occasione di EuroBLECH 2026, Bystronic presenterà nel Padiglione 12, presso gli stand B66 e A73, un portafoglio completo di soluzioni per accompagnare le aziende della lavorazione della lamiera verso una produzione sempre più connessa, automatizzata ed efficiente. Al centro della partecipazione ci sarà il concetto di produzione integrata: macchine, automazione, software e servizi in grado di operare in sinergia per aumentare la produttività, semplificare i flussi dei materiali e migliorare la trasparenza dei processi. Per il taglio laser sarà esposta ByCut 3015 da 20 kW, abbinata ai sistemi BTM 3015, BySort 3015 e ByTower Cross, una configurazione pensata per automatizzare movimentazione, selezione e stoccaggio dei materiali, riducendo le attività manuali e favorendo la continuità produttiva. Nell’ area piegatura saranno protagoniste ByCell Bend Star M con sistema su rotaia e la nuova Xpert Pro da 2 metri, soluzioni che combinano automazione, flessibilità, velocità e precisione. Per la lavorazione di tubi e profili sarà invece presentata ByTube Star 330 nella versione corta. L’ offerta sarà completata da software e servizi dedicati all’ intero ciclo di vita degli im-pianti, con aree specifiche per Service, Software e HR.
FROM STANDALONE MACHINES TO CONNECTED PRODUCTION SYSTEM
At EuroBLECH 2026, Bystronic will present a comprehensive portfolio of solutions in Hall 12, at booths B66 and A73, designed to support sheet metal companies in the transition towards increasingly connected, automated and efficient production. The central theme of Bystronic’ s participation will be integrated manufacturing: ma-chines, automation, software and services working together to increase productivity, simplify material flows and improve process transparency. In the laser cutting area, visitors will see the 20 kW ByCut 3015 combined with BTM 3015, BySort 3015 and ByTower Cross. This configuration is designed to automate material handling, sorting and storage, reducing manual activities and supporting greater production continuity. The bending area will feature ByCell Bend Star M with a track system and the new 2-metre Xpert Pro, solutions that combine automation, flexibility, speed and precision. For tube and profile processing, Bystronic will showcase the short version of ByTube Star 330.
