Friends And Valued Quinn Tech Clients ,
The past few months have raised in me a mixture of gratitude and resolve . I think most of you will agree with me when I say this year has certainly kept us on our toes . With the unexpected challenges brought on by recent events like Hurricane Beryl , which inspired my article on disaster recovery on page 6 , our resilience was tested , but we were also reminded of the value of preparation and the strength of our community .
As we embrace the many opportunities of fall , one thing that stands out to me is the dedication of our team to ensuring that our clients remain operational even in the face of adversity . When the hurricane knocked out power across large portions of the city , we had clients whose businesses came to a standstill . In one instance , an architecture firm was left unable to complete a critical project due to the outage . Our team responded quickly , navigating darkened stairwells with flashlights to retrieve servers and relocate them to our data center . Within hours , their operations were back up and running .
In this issue , you ’ ll find stories of innovation , perseverance , and the ways in which technology is being harnessed to overcome obstacles .
