INTEGRAL IMPLEMENTATIONS
Upon the commencement of the partnership , Russell and his team got right to work addressing their technology needs . “ One of the biggest things that Quinn Technology Solutions helped us with was when we moved over to a new 3D modeling software ,” Heather mentions . “ When I first started , we still had some people that would sit on the board and draw things by hand before inputting them into the computer in two dimensions . Well , since then , we ’ re now modeling the buildings in three dimensions , so a lot more is needed . This transition required upgrades to our infrastructure , and Russell and his team were there to help us . They also did a lot of the research with the software manufacturer to ensure we had the right server and helped us hit the ground running .”
And it ’ s not just their internal infrastructure that Quinn Technology Solutions has helped with but also their cybersecurity protocols . “ Some of our clients are now requiring cybersecurity insurance ,” notes Heather , “ so Quinn Technology Solutions went through our contract to ensure we had everything we needed , and upgraded or added things we didn ’ t have to meet the requirements so we could sign these clients .” She adds , “ Another thing
I must mention is that Russell and his team bring us lots of ideas . We have a meeting once or twice a year , and they ’ ll always propose different ideas on things we could do to improve our systems or make things easier for us and our clients , which I truly appreciate .”

For example , Russell had lost one of his integral techs during COVID . Instead of waiting for his clients to notice a drop in attentiveness or service , he contacted them personally to alert them about the situation . Heather recalls , “ When Russell lost this technician , he made sure we were aware of what was going on . His main concern was that we were still having our needs met , and he made it clear that if we needed anything , we should contact him directly . So , instead of waiting for us to have a complaint , he reached out to us , which is extremely important in my opinion .”
In terms of how the partnership has impacted the overall trajectory of E & C , Heather states , “ They ’ ve always ensured that we ’ re set up for success . For example , we recently hired three new staff , but because of supply chain issues , there has been a delay in getting their new devices . Rather than just have these people ’ s butts in seats doing nothing , Russell ’ s team came in and found some old equipment that will work in the meantime until the proper hardware arrives .” Overall , it ’ s clear that Quinn Technology Solutions takes this partnership seriously and is committed to finding ways to facilitate E & C ’ s ongoing growth .
