sofie vasquez: how much has your music changed over the years? joe wilkinson: Our music has grown over time, especially from song one to song five. You can hear the change in the maturation of it, you can hear the congruencies. It’ s still the same guys, the influences are still there but it’ s definitely changed quite a bit. I think for our image, it’ s that sad love cinema vibe. That very much“ we’ re figuring out our lives right now.” It’ s everything from finding out to who we are and figuring out how to love people and how to fall in love, it’ s that vibe and the images of our youth. xxx sofie vasquez: how is the future looking, and can you thrown in some advice for musicians reading? joe wilkinson: Images for the future is to continue playing shows on the road and we’ re having a video for Golden coming soon. We’ re very excited about that. We are trying to consistently hit new places. We’ ve grown for the past two and half years since we started, 2017 is going to be a big one for us. As for advice: the most important thing to remember is to do something no one’ s heard and what you like, something that’ s not out already. So keep using that imagination. Keep going crazy.
