Staff Survey update…
Well, a big thank you for taking the time to
complete the staff survey and sharing your views
with us. We’ve achieved an amazing 98% return
rate! This is an unprecedented return rate and we’re
listening.
The results really help us pinpoint where there are
lessons we can learn. This year’s survey was so
successful we’ve decided to carry on with our own
bespoke survey next year. We’ve taken on board
your feedback and will make the questions as Park
Sims as we can!
Here’s an update on what we’ve done so far:

Engagement - love coming to work every day.
We’ve also created an organisational action plan
which has been approved by SET.
