Remember to discuss any article with at your next team meeting People and Culture Staff Survey update… Well, a big thank you for taking the time to complete the staff survey and sharing your views with us. We’ve achieved an amazing 98% return rate! This is an unprecedented return rate and we’re listening. The results really help us pinpoint where there are lessons we can learn. This year’s survey was so successful we’ve decided to carry on with our own bespoke survey next year. We’ve taken on board your feedback and will make the questions as Park Sims as we can! Here’s an update on what we’ve done so far: „„ SET have now had an initial look at the staff The key areas of improvement are: „„ We’ve ran PEGs and shared headline results and „„ Staff influence on strategy „„ Wellbeing survey results gathered more feedback. „„ Golden Nuggets EMT have: „„ Trust colleagues (outside their team) to do what „„ Received their results they say „„ Started discussions with their teams „„ EMT really do live the WoW behaviours every day „„ Are creating local action plans. „„ Engagement - love coming to work every day. We’ve also created an organisational action plan which has been approved by SET. All of the above feature in the organisational action plan.
