Our Homes and Communities London Team came together for a staff briefing full of fun and energy in December. They shared key messages and took part in activities to address what staff had highlighted in the recent staff survey. The areas they looked at included wellbeing and our values. They’ve even produced a newsletter so you can see more of what they’ve been up to! Sara Weller attended her graduation ceremony today at De Montfort University . Her son was there to see mum pick up her Diploma in Sustainable Communities. All change The London Housing Management Team have seen some changes and provided valuable secondments to other teams. Selina Laurrane has joined the Financial Inclusion team on a year’s secondment to provide maternity cover. Natalie Ellis has begun a six month secondment with the Policy Team. Nikki Joyce was successful in moving from a secondment into a full time permanent Housing Officer role. We’ve also recruited Johann Branch and Kamara Davis on one year secondments as Housing Officers. We wish everyone well in their new roles. A day hosted by Beef Melon…! Sussex Estate Services held a brilliant team meeting just before Christmas. The management team wanted to make the day a bit special, as a reward for the team’s work during the last 12 months. They were greeted with hot chocolate, mince pies and a day of quizzing.
