Policy Updates
Some of you have been having problems finding
Policies and Procedures on the Intranet. The
answer’s simple – all you have to do is ASK!
We’ve combined all the documents from Policies
and Procedures and the Knowledge Base in one
place to create – ASK (All Staff Knowledge)
Compensation Policy – removing compensation
for loss of earnings and clarifying when we’re
offer a goodwill gesture.
ASK is easy to navigate, with documents grouped
by department and topic. Or you can use the
search button to find what you’re looking for. You
can find useful tips on using ASK here.
We also have a new Transgender Policy.
This sets out a framework for how we’ll support
employees who’ve initiated the process of gender
reassignment. It supports our inclusive culture
and zero tolerance to any form of discrimination.
