What if I am new to online teaching or would like to teach online in the future? We make online learning interactive, engaging, make the experience exciting and fulfilling. If you are new to online teaching, you may wish to start with the Quality Matters “Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR)“ course or the online courses: “Canvas -The Basics” or “Canvas - Beyond the Basics.” Academic Technologies presents the new Certificate for Online Teaching & Learning (COTL), especially designed for online course instructors at Santa Fe. In this cohort-based, online program, participants will explore research-based principles of online teaching and learning and how to apply these in an online course. Who might benefit from the COTL program? The program is designed for faculty who have previously taught online or are currently teaching online. What will I learn? The COTL program covers many research-based teaching principles in online learning.
