Inclusive, accessible support for
every student, even in exams
Used daily by over 18 million around the world, as well as in countless
schools across the Middle East, Read&Write provides an inclusive,
accessible learning experience for every student, and now with new
Exam Mode, can help ensure exam success for those who often rely on
the use of a human reader during testing.
Approved for use in place of a human reader for exams in a variety of
subjects, Read&Write saves time, money, but also saves students the
embarrassment of having to ask another person to guide them through
uncertainties. Features like text-to-speech or prediction can be limited or
extended to offer the right level of support for learners with individual
needs.
Easy to configure, administrators can simply select their Read&Write users,
select the features those students should have access to on the toolbar,
and they are good to go. They can also enable Exam Mode settings for all
their exam computers - so any student who sits down at that device will
have the approved Read&Write features available at the click of a mouse.
A simple and intuitive Exam Mode setup wizard allows any admin or
examination officer the ability to customise the toolbar and how individual
tools work, then when the exam is finished, they can turn the features
back on and return to everyday study. What’s more, Exam Mode can be
set up in advance of the specific date range when testing will take place, so
admins and exams officers can have peace of mind that everything is in
order before the stopwatch begins.
