In this issue of Teach Middle East Magazine, we highlight Ranches Primary School Dubai. This school exemplifies the virtues of sharing good practice. The staff at Ranches are not afraid to open their classroom doors both literally and virtually so that parents, staff, and other members of the education community can share in what is taking place within its walls. We also talk to two teachers from Ranches Primary school, who have made sharing good practice a part of their daily professional lives. On October 9-10, 2018, Teach Middle East held the first ever Middle East School Leadership Conference in Dubai. It was a great event which brought together school leaders from across the Middle East and beyond, under the theme Leading Schools in the 21st Century - Collaboration Over Competition. The Middle East Maths Teachers Conference is the largest gathering of teachers of Mathematics in the region.
