Response : “ I am a collective success of my parents ; teachers , students , staff , colleagues , immediate and extended family all deserve credit . Those who supported creative thinking aligned to discipline and deliverables were very impactful . In graduate school , I had a mentor and advisor who really went above and beyond to challenge me , who taught me the difference compliance , and that good teaching could assuage and overcome both . I remain a grateful and active learner .”

Response : “ The first thing is that we are not all oil rich . Our forefathers had humble beginnings .
