Tapas en Palma de Mallorca
On a quick stop during a Mediterranean Cruise,
educator, Richie Chin, sampled this delectable
Spanish dish at one of the many tapas bars located
in Palma de Mallorca and gave it rave reviews.
Tip: These are usually snacks that can be
served cold or hot and can be combined
to create a full, sophisticated meal. To
sample a traditional take on tapas, speak
to the locals and see where they go to eat!
