t the beginning of November
as a part of my visit to the
Helsinki Education week, I
had the privilege of attending
the HundrED Innovation Summit. If
you have never heard of HundrED, it
is a not for profit organisation, which
has the mandate of seeking out and
sharing the most inspiring education
innovations for K-12 throughout the

world. Their goal is to inspire and
to help in improving education,
through encouraging the spread
of pedagogically sound education
innovations across the globe.
Throughout the year, they research
innovations in K-12 education from
around the world and select the top
100 most inspiring innovations every
Class Time
year. Their insights and findings
are documented, packaged and
shared with the world free of charge.
Countries, schools and organisations
who are looking for pedagogical
solutions can consult the HundrED list
for free. They can be assured that the
innovations included on the HundrED
list are indeed among the best in the
world, due to the rigour of the selection
