T
he Aquila School, part of
the International Schools
Partnership,
opened
in
September
2018
in
Dubailand. It offers a modified British
curriculum that complies with KHDA
regulations. The school’s ethos is that
all children receive amazing learning
and they embrace the individuality of
every learner. Opening with just 67
pupils, the school has grown rapidly
and now has almost 350 pupils
from FS1 to year 7, with a new year
group being added to the secondary
department each year.

The Hemam Learning Support Center,

harmonious with that of The Aquila

Developing an
inclusive school was embedded in
the planning stage and the team
sought a partner organisation who
would be able to play a key role in
ensuring that the school could meet
the needs of a wide range of pupils,
