By 2030, we aim to raise $ 20 million to establish the foundation of our endowment, generating approximately $ 1 million in annual returns.
By 2035, we plan to grow the fund to $ 60 million, unlocking $ 3 million per year— enough to ensure the long-term sustainability of AEI without ongoing fundraising dependence.
Expand corporate and revenue-generating partnerships to diversify funding streams
Institutionalize Crisis Response Capacity
Codify emergency learning protocols across all AEI programs

With a decade of proven results— reaching 60,000 students annually, driving national policy reforms, and developing a generation of education leaders— AEI is poised to serve as Armenia’ s education reform engine. These strategic priorities represent our next step: from impactful programming to enduring systems change. By uniting innovation, talent, and cross-sector collaboration under a single banner, AEI is building the foundation for a future where every child in Armenia receives an excellent education— no matter where they are born.
