Long-Term Financial Strategy
In 2024, a bold new goal has been set: to build a $ 20 million endowment by 2030. The Dream Fund’ s $ 10 million anchor gift, expected in 2025, will cover our core operations through 2030 while also seeding the endowment. This marks the beginning of a pivotal new phase- one focused on securing long-term sustainability for our mission.
This is more than a fundraising milestone; it’ s a strategic investment in Armenia’ s future. By 2030, this endowment will generate approximately $ 1 million annually, providing long-term stability and allowing us to reach every region of the country without the constant pressure of fundraising.
By 2035, our goal is to grow the fund to $ 60 million, which will generate about $ 3 million each year, enough to keep the Armenia Education Initiative( AEI) running sustainably. AEI brings all our programs under one roof as a“ reform engine” for Armenia’ s public education system. Teach For Armenia will remain the name of our flagship Teacher Leadership Program, now part of this bigger AEI vision. In short, we are evolving from one impactful program into an enduring institution that can drive change for generations to come.
Together, this strategy lays the foundation for a self-sustaining, high-impact institution— one that will transform lives and advance educational equity in Armenia for generations to come.
