2024 marked Teach For Armenia’ s most costefficient year to date. Through a set of bold financial strategies, we successfully reduced total expenses by $ 588,000— a 15 % cut from the planned budget— while preserving, and in many cases enhancing, our programmatic impact.

Audit and Transparency
We received a clean audit opinion for our 2024 financials from Grand Thornton, with no internal control deficiencies identified. All reporting complied with International Financial Reporting Standards( IFRS), reinforcing our reputation for fiscal integrity and accountability. An external Organizational Efficiency Study, conducted in partner with Teach For All, further placed Teach For Armenia in the top quartile for financial efficiency among partner organizations.
