KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Alumni leadership pathways & systemic initiatives: The Teacher Leadership Program( TLP) alumni are driving change across the education system, taking on leadership roles in schools, building innovative nonprofits, and influencing education policy. Through diverse initiatives, they respond to Armenia’ s evolving needs, launch new collaborations, and translate classroom experience into systemic solutions. While the focus of their projects may shift from year to year, their sustained leadership reflects a long-term commitment to reimagining education through grassroots action, organizational development, and policy reform.
Professional development & skills-building: TLP provides access to professional development workshops and English-language certification opportunities to support the growth and global readiness of its community. As a result, 85 % of Teacher-Leaders and Alumni-Ambassadors have earned internationally recognized credentials, strengthening their ability to lead in diverse educational settings, collaborate across borders, and contribute to global conversations in education. These offerings are tailored to equip Alumni-Ambassadors with the tools needed to drive change both locally and internationally.
Community, storytelling & recognition: The launch of the Alumni Magazine marked a significant step in strengthening community connection and recognition. Designed to celebrate the stories, achievements, and milestones of the TLP alumni, the magazine serves as a platform to highlight their impact across education, leadership, and civic engagement. It fosters a sense of shared identity, documents collective progress, and inspires current and future generations of changemakers within the movement.
