STUDENT LEADERSHIP INITIATIVES
In 2024, we hosted a landmark Student Forum sponsored by the Libaridian Family Foundation in Vanadzor with 59 students from 48 schools. Participants developed skills in peer-led workshops, collaboration, and civic engagement. These student leadership experiences are embedded within the Change-Based Learning( CBL) model, which integrates real-life community projects into classroom practice.
Student reflections emphasize the value of voice, confidence, and purpose, showing that leadership development is not an add-on, but central to how we teach.
The forum was a turning point for me, it showed me how powerful networking can be. Leading a session on blogging gave me the confidence I didn’ t know I had. Now, I’ m more committed than ever to developing our school’ s blog into a real platform for student voices. I want to use what I’ ve learned, and the people I’ ve connected with, to bring new opportunities to my village.

The forum helped me understand just how important leadership, teamwork, and networking really are. I left feeling inspired to take action. Now I’ m planning to organize a gathering with our school’ s alumni to share career experiences and work together to improve school life. It made me realize that I can be someone who drives change in my school and beyond.
