HOLISTIC ASSESSMENT & STUDENT PERCEPTION
Each year, the TLP participates in the Student Perception Survey( Panorama Survey), a tool used to measure teacher effectiveness through the lens of student experience. Research shows that Panorama survey results are strongly correlated with student outcomes, making it a valuable indicator of instructional impact and classroom culture. As a member of the Teach For All( TFALL) global network, comprising 62 partner organizations across six continents, united by a shared mission to end educational inequity, Teach For Armenia benchmarks its results against global standards.

engaged over 1,700 students in the Panorama Survey outperformed the Teach For All network average( 89 % vs. 72 %) ranked # 1 in the Europe region on student experience
