ANNUAL ALUMNI- AMBASSADOR SURVEY

Our Annual Alumni-Ambassador Survey is a crucial tool for measuring our impact and understanding how well our former Teacher-Leaders align with Teach For Armenia ’ s values and goals . It also provides insight into their ongoing involvement with Teach For Armenia and their interest in various leadership pathways .

In the fall of 2023 , our Alumni-Ambassador community consisted of 342 former Teacher-Leaders , with 84 % participating in the survey .

Consistent with 2022 , the 2023 survey indicates that a significant number of our Alumni-Ambassadors continue to work in education , with 51 % actively teaching and 1 % involved in school leadership or education management . Collectively , these Alumni-Ambassadors directly impact 37,720 students through their teaching or leadership roles .
