Over six months , the Public Policy Lab Fellows work together to develop a comprehensive policy paper , which is then presented to government officials . This process ensures that the insights and recommendations generated contribute to meaningful and actionable change .
The fellowship is guided by Teach For Armenia ’ s Systems Innovation team and supported by a dedicated Advisory group , including a PhD scholar sponsored by Teach For Armenia . Fellows also benefit from the expertise of a Teach For Armenia Alumni-Ambassador pursuing a PhD at Pedagogical State University . This combination of practical training and academic guidance creates a robust framework for developing impactful policies .
