DATA AND ASSESSMENT

At Teach For Armenia , learning and growth are fundamental to our mission . Each year , we utilize a range of assessment tools , both internally and across our school communities , to measure our progress and drive continuous improvement . This annual evaluation helps us enhance our programs , strengthen our Teacher-Leaders ’ capabilities , and unlock our students ’ potential .

We use the Kochari Culture Survey to gauge how Teacher-Leaders perceive our organizational culture as defined by our Kochari , a set of guiding principles . We administer the Panorama Student Survey to understand student perceptions of their teachers and classroom environments . We also track academic outcomes through Student Academic Assessments and evaluate leadership effectiveness with the Student Leadership Survey and Teacher Leadership Survey .
