Our commitment to continuous improvement is underpinned by our annual Human Resources Survey , which offers invaluable insights into the employee experience at Teach For Armenia . The 2023 survey covered four key areas : professional development , HR support and administration , organizational priorities and performance processes , and organizational clarity and culture . We are pleased to report that staff satisfaction exceeded 80 % in all categories .
ENGAGING FOR RESULTS SURVEY
Teach For Armenia ' s dedication to employee engagement is further demonstrated by our annual Engaging for Results Survey conducted by Boston Consulting Group . For the fourth consecutive year , we ranked in the top quartile across all dimensions , reflecting our staff ' s ongoing dedication and enthusiasm .
